I have been a customer for a long while now my credit score is great and my payments are never late yet I'm being charged a 37 percent interest fee on a fixed loan so everytime I pay my monthly bill more then half goes to the interest leaving me with very very little to put towards my actual loan,it a rip off to me im basically paying what I owe plus double with the interest fees in which was not explained to me in detail when I signed up for this 3rd loan.I know better now and after this I will never ever take another loan out through lendmark.You would think they'd have better accommodations for loyal customers,without trying to get over on them.

Good afternoon, my name is Lashannaka Cole. I currently have been waiting since Monday/Tuesday to ear back from my local branch in Florence, Al on mall rd.about an issue with a vehicle that I had.

Ive called on several occasions and left messages, and sent emails to be called back just for an update and no one has yet to return my calls just to update me on the situation.. Ive been without my vehicle since Monday and an alternative vehicles information that was requested by Lendmark was sent over to the office and still no one has yet to tell me anything. I still have insurance on the vehicle I no longer have, I dont have transportation to work, and I have money invested as well. All I was asking was someone to give me an update because I do know when it comes time for my monthly payment to be paid and if its not paid theyll be calling me to collect the payment.

I cant pay my loan if I cant make it to work. Ive lost wages due to not being able to get back into a vehicle. I really need someone to get back in touch with me from Lendmark and keep me in the loop just like I communicated with them when I had to take it back. Ive been very patient and to go into the weekend with no car, and not knowing how im getting to work Monday and getting my kids to school has really worked my patience..

Would you please look into the matter? Because as a manager I understand the office gets busy but not for 4 days.

Ive exhausted every option and thought at least someone would have enough decency to keep me informed but no one has returned not one call or resided to emails. This is not a good look for business..I can be contacted at (256) 394-****.

I have tried for two days to go online like always an pay an Monday a holiday an know one at all taking calls either they had it fixed to where it more or less I was blocked an couldn't make my pp. I had to call well tried everything an nothing but it be the same an late fee an rejecting my pp.i have always pd 19th or by the 21th an not even call that Friday to even see about paying there is no different with that one you can mail my title an if I have to sign i could EZ sign since though they rejected I shouldn't pay an i tried everything they had no callers at all couldn't it wouldn't let me an really has made me ill saying it except any pp over the phone with my account like I paid bad an I pd 100% for little over 3 yrs I believe it is.
